Tiempo de Vacaciones

June- Cabo San Lucas

We were able to take a family trip to Mexico. Yes, even Marlow got to go. It was so fun to be able to watch him experience many firsts.
Riding on an airplane - We didn't know what to expect so we took many toys, books, etc to keep him occupied, but he slept most of the time so he just enjoyed them later.
Feet in the sand - This was actually pretty funny, because he didn't like getting his feet dirty. We would try to put him down in the sand and water and he would pull his little feet up as high as he could. Here are a few pics from the beach.



Sacrament Meeting in Spanish - I came up with the great idea of going to church in Mexico and experiencing Sacrament Meeting in Spanish. Matt understood more than I did, but other than the language everything was the same. Even to the point that the chapel didn't fill up until 10 minutes into the meeting. I guess the saying "Mormon standard time" is fitting no matter where you are in the world, at least Mexico.


Matt caught a Marlin - He's quite the fisherman.


Wal-Mart truly is every where and isn't really that much different than here in the states. This one was very new and really nice.


Glass Bottom Boat - We were able to go out on a glass bottom boat. Marlow loved being able to look down in the glass box in the boat and seeing all the different fish. He would get so excited each time a new fish would come into view.
